No. BuildYourPrint is an order acquisition engine that sits in front of your existing systems. We connect to your MIS, ERP, and accounting via API. Orders flow from BYP to your production workflow. You keep your tools, we feed them orders.
Every price is calculated in real-time from your actual production costs: paper price per kg, machine hourly rates, click costs, finishing operations, imposition, waste, and your margins. Not from pre-filled price tables. Change one cost and every product in your shop reprices automatically.
Through our Mollie integration, we support credit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Klarna, SOFORT, and 15+ other methods depending on your region. Enterprise plans can add custom payment integrations.
Yes. All prices listed on this page are excluding 21% VAT. VAT is applied on invoices for EU-based businesses without a valid intra-community VAT number.
Yes. Setup is a one-time fee of €3,000 excl. VAT and covers product configuration, calculator setup, integrations, and training. This ensures you launch with a properly configured system that generates revenue from day one.
Yes. Many print shops need separate B2B and B2C portals, or client-specific ordering portals. Starter includes 1 shop, Professional includes 3, Enterprise is unlimited. Additional shops are €159/month excl. VAT each with their own domain, branding, and customer base.
